Thanks to our many loyal donors, LSSU is experiencing unprecedented philanthropic support through the LSSU Office of Advancement.
To date, the Office of Advancement team has raised an unprecedented $13.7 million (see chart below) in support of LSSU strategic priorities. That’s a 417% increase over the five-year average.
Behind those numbers are alumni, friends, and partners who believe in LSSU — and trust the University to carry that support forward.
While that name may be new, the work itself is not.
For years the current Advancement team has been building relationships, working with donors, and supporting the areas of LSSU that matter most. That continues today, now fully aligned within the University.
“That total reflects a lot of steady, behind-the-scenes work by the Advancement team, including Andrew Rubinstein, Erin Lake, and Ana Robbins. Annual giving continues to grow and provide immediate support where it’s needed most. Planned gifts are at an all-time high and speak to long-term confidence in LSSU’s future. Grants are expanding opportunities across campus, and scholarships are making a direct difference for students,” noted Scott Smith, LSSU Vice President of Advancement, Legislative and Alumni Affairs.
“We’re proud of the momentum, and just as important, the continuity. The structure may have changed, but the mission remains the same.”
