Members of the community, along with past, current, and future Lakers converged on LSSU’s campus during Great Lake State Weekend 2022 October 20-22. Highlights of the weekend included the recognition of three accomplished alumni, Sophie Chandauka MBE campus talk, celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the 1972 NAIA Championship and 30th Anniversary of the 1992 NCAA Championship, GLSW Fireworks show and a tailgate party.
Great Lake State Weekend is for all ages of the Laker Community and LSSU parents and students are welcome. It is a campus-wide celebration welcoming the LSSU community, alumni, and friends for fun-filled family events to enjoy the weekend. Join us for GLSW 2023, date yet to be determined, but generally in mid October.
