Laker Zen Den is a wellness series brought to you by the Live Well Lakers Program to support Lakers and our friends and family near and far. This growing library of videos and audio recordings are designed to offer participants an easy way to integrate rest into busy schedules. The 15 to 20 minute videos will guide you through breathwork, meditation, and movement. Participants do not need prior experience in any of these practices. In fact, this series is being created with beginners in mind. You are welcome to skip, modify, or advance any of the instructions provided. You may find props supportive as you engage with this series, including a mat or blanket, a bolster or pillow, and a block or other support. Please be sure to consult with a medical doctor before engaging in any new physical practices to explore the benefits yoga may offer you.
