Rodney Brower ‘75,Holland, passed away on August 6, 2021. Rod grew up in Overisel and graduated from Holland High School in 1972. After college at Lake Superior State he married Sherrie Vander Kamp on April 7, 1978. 

James Darou ’83, Sault Sainte Marie, ONT, passed away on July 15, 2021. Jim grew up in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and graduated college in Canada. He then went on to complete his BA at Lake Superior State in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. 

Donny Gagnon ’77, Hancock, Sault Ste. Marie’s hockey circle has lost an exemplary member. Don Gagnon passed away recently following health complications. Born in 1953 and a Sault Ste. Marie person through and through, Gagnon spent a virtual lifetime in the game that he was truly passionate about.

Peter Johannes ’70, West Branch, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Pete graduated from Arenac Eastern High School in Twining and Lake Superior State University.

Richard Miller ’83, Grand Rapids, passed away on November 16, 2021.

Arthur Nolder ’76, Luthersburg, PA, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. Arthur graduated from Southgate High School and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Lake Superior State University. While in college, he was a radio broadcaster.

Mary (Greengtski) Schwiderson ’74, passed away on September 23, 2021.

John Stephenson ’69, Lancaster, PA, passed away on October 29, 2021.  He earned his Bachelors of Science in Marketing at Lake Superior State College.

Doreen (Mosley) Thibeau ‘90, Skandia, passed away on December 26, 2019. 

David Walters ’72, Davison,  passed away July 27, 2021 at his residence. 

Fredrick Walton ’92, Richardson, ON, passed away on November 27, 2020. Fred graduated from Fanshaw College with a diploma in Construction Engineering, Technology Management and later from Lake Superior State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
