Lake Superior State University Alumni and Friends gathered at Little Caesars Arena to watch the Detroit Red Wings face the Vancouver Canucks this past February (2024). This event brought everyone together not only to root on our Detroit team, but also to support the pride we have in LSSU. A pre-game social was held in the Little Caesars Arena UWM District Market, allowing alumni and friends to meet up with old friends or make new ones. The Red Wings won this sold-out game 4-3 with a penalty shot only 23 seconds into overtime!
We are planning to host another Lake State Night at the Red Wings in February 2025.
