Things kick off\u00a0<strong>Wednesday, October 21, with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lssu.edu\/centers\/arts-center\/arts-center-overview\/\">Battle of the Bands<\/a>\u00a0at the LSSU Arts Center<\/strong>, followed by a full slate of events throughout the week and weekend for students, alumni, families, and the entire LSSU community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s a look at some of the GLSW highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Laker Hockey vs. Bowling Green<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24, with puck drop at 7:07pm both nights.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lake-superior-state-university-w9k4.vivenushop.com\/\">Purchase tickets here!<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Laker Volleyball vs. Purdue University Northwest<\/strong> &#8211; Friday, October 23, and Laker Volleyball vs. Ferris State on Saturday, October 24. <a href=\"https:\/\/lake-superior-state-university-w9k4.vivenushop.com\/\">Purchase tickets here!<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alumni Awards and Athletic Hall of Fame Ceremony \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Honoring\u00a0<strong>Austin Lowes \u201912<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Pete Stauber \u201990<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bud Denker \u201980<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>H.
