She was inspired to write during both the most hopeful and the most difficult moments of her battle with cancer.<\/p>\n<p>This book is a collection of poems written to raise awareness and convey the lived experience of cancer. It is dedicated to those currently in the fight, those who have survived, those grieving a loss, and those who are trying to understand as they watch their loved ones suffer.
