The Lake Superior State University Campus and the LSSU Office of Advancement will be closed from Friday, December 20, 2024 through Sunday, January 5, 2025.Gifts received by the LSSU Office of Advancement may qualify for a Federal tax deduction on your tax return.\u00a0You may also qualify for a tax credit in your state of residence. Credit card gifts\u00a0sent\u00a0by mail must reach the University by\u00a0December 27th<\/sup>\u00a0in order to receive a charitable deduction. The IRS has ruled that\u00a0credit card gifts are deductible only in the year the bank processes the transaction.
